Announcement for “Emergency assistant measures regarding COVID-19” – discounting electricity charges

erex Spark Marketing*2, a sales subsidiary of erex Corporation*1, will be offering the following discounts on electricity charges considering the wide spread of COVID-19. This assistant measure is available to residential customers whose electricity charges have increased due to telecommuting, and corporate customers who have been forced to refrain from operating business.

Outline of the emergency assistant measure

■Period

･April 21st(Tue), 2020 – July 31st(Fri), 2020

■Applicable area

･All across Japan (besides Okinawa and the remote islands)

■Conditions

･Customers who use are currently using ESM’s electricity service, and have applied for this assistant measure within the designated period
※New applicants are also eligible to apply.

■Discount details

･Customers using meter rate lighting B (Kinki, Chugoku and Shikoku areas), meter rate lighting C (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Hokuriku, Kyushu area), low-tension power and low-tension power S plans.
→1,000 yen off your monthly electricity bill for 6 months (6,000 yen in total)

･Customers using meter rate lighting A (Kinki, Chugoku and Shikoku areas) and meter rate lighting B (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Hokuriku and Kyushu areas) plans.
→500 yen off your monthly electricity bill for 6 months (3,000 yen in total)
