Evergreen Marketing and CCC COMMUNITY reached a comprehensive business partnership agreement

Providing better services through reciprocal customer transfer

Evergreen Marketing Co., Ltd.*1, a group company of erex Co., Ltd.*2, has reached a comprehensive business partnership agreement with CCC COMMUNITY Co., Ltd.*3, a major subsidiary of Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd.*4

The details are as follows.

*1 Evergreen Marketing Co., Ltd. : Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director Toshimichi Tanaka, hereinafter referred to as “EGM”
*2 erex Co., Ltd. : Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director Hitoshi Honna, hereinafter referred to as “erex”
*3 CCC COMMUNITY Co., Ltd. : Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; president and representative director Takayuki Kuwae, hereinafter referred to as “CCC COM”
*4 Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd.: Headquartered: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as “CCC”

Based on EGM’s management philosophy, “Making renewable energy more familiar. A society where green is by our side.”, we sell electricity including CO2-free plans with erex’s abundant renewable energy supply capacity at the background. CCC COM, a major operating subsidiary of CCC has a vision of “A planning sales company which confronts with the issues of our customers, such as companies, local governments and schools and providing solutions.”
CCC COM is working for regional invigoration business, lifestyle proposals/database marketing in each region.

As an initiative designed to the business partnership, CCC COM will become a sales agent of EGM and will start selling electricity, including CO2-free plans, mainly to corporations and local governments from April 1st, 2020.
At the same time, through reciprocal customer transfer, we will improve customer convenience by providing CCC COM’s service.
In addition, this alliance will allow the two companies to jointly develop new services by taking advantage of each other’s strengths.
