Promoting Health Management

We strive to maintain a work environment where each and every employee is healthy both physically and mentally and can continue working with peace of mind.

As part of our efforts to create an environment that supports a balance between work and family life, we have introduced flexible working systems, including overtime management, staggered working hours, shortened working hours for childcare and nursing care, and special leave systems.

In addition, we are working to maintain the mental and physical health of our employees by conducting regular stress checks, checking the results of regular health checkups with occupational physician, and conducting interviews with employees who continue to work a certain amount of overtime and those with mental health issues.

On March 8, 2023, erex was certified as a 2023 Health and Productivity Management Organization (Small and Medium Enterprise Category) jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.

We will continue to work hard to ensure that we continue to be a healthy, rewarding, and attractive company for our employees and their families by engaging in activities to maintain and improve the health of our employees.
