Notice of Publication: erex Co., Ltd. INTEGRATED REPORT 2025 [English Version]
erex Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Hitoshi Honna; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has published INTEGRATED REPORT 2025 [English Version] for all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors.
The first half of the report, titled “Value Creation Story”, aims to convey the flow that connects to the value creation process by summarizing the Company’s achievements and strengths to its future growth strategy. Additionally, the “Mid/Long-Term Growth Strategy”, which features “Trends in the Electric Power Industry” which the Company belongs to, the businesses the Company is strategically working on within the industry (aggregation business, carbon credits, etc.), and the overall picture, explains what is currently happening in the electric power industry and what the Company is aiming for.
The Company will continue to enhance its information disclosure to ensure its stakeholders gain a deeper understanding of the Company, aiming to further increase its corporate value.
