Promoting Health and Productivity Management

We are committed to maintaining a workplace environment where every employee can remain physically and mentally healthy and continue to work with peace of mind.
As part of our efforts to create an environment that supports a healthy work-life balance, we have introduced flexible work arrangements such as overtime management, staggered work hours, reduced work hours for childcare or elder care, and special leave systems.
In addition, we are committed to maintaining the physical and mental health of our employees by conducting regular stress assessments, having occupational physicians review the results of regular health checkups, and conducting interviews with employees who have consistently worked a certain amount of overtime or who are experiencing mental health issues.

Certified as an "a Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization" for Four Consecutive Years

On March 9, 2026, we were certified as a “Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2025 (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Category)” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council. The Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization certification system is an award program administered by Japan Health Council. Its purpose is to create an environment where large and small-to-medium-sized enterprises that practice particularly exemplary health and productivity management can receive social recognition from employees, job seekers, partner companies, and financial institutions by “making their efforts visible”. ^*

We have long regarded the maintenance and promotion of employee health as a key management priority and has been committed to creating a workplace environment where every employee can stay healthy and perform to the best of their ability. Moving forward, we will continue to be engaged in activities to maintain and promote employee health so that we remain a healthy and rewarding place to work for our employees and their families.
