erex Obtains Third-Party Verification of its FY2024 GHG Emissions Data
– Enhancing the Reliability and Transparency of Disclosed Information and Strengthening Dialogue with Stakeholders –

erex Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Hitoshi Honna; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) underwent a third-party verification in accordance with ISO 14064-3 by the Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA) regarding its GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emissions data (Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3) for FY2024 and obtained a verification report.

The Company believes this will contribute to the disclosure of more accurate and reliable data to its stakeholders.

１．Background
Based on the direction of “Initiatives to achieve sustainable regional economic growth and de-carbonization” outlined in its mid-term business plan announced on February 26, 2026, the Company has been working to obtain third-party verification of GHG emissions data with the aim of providing information that can be used with confidence by its stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and business partners.

Going forward, the Company will continue to strive for greater accuracy and reliability in information disclosure, and contribute to reducing GHG emissions in its own business activities and its customers’ energy use.

・ Verification Period: FY2024 (April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025)
・ Companies Subject to Verification: The Company and its domestic and overseas group companies
・ Verification Organization: Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA)
・ Verification Standard: ISO 14064-3
　　*Rules concerning the validity confirmation and verification of greenhouse gas emissions calculations
・ Scope of Verification:
　　- Energy-related CO2 emissions from Scope 1 and Scope 2 (location-based/market-based)
　　- GHG emissions from Scope 3 (categories 1-15)
