erex Spark Marketing Co., Ltd.*2, a sales subsidiary of erex Co., Ltd.*1, opened up and will hold an official corporate account on the communication application “LINE” provided by LINE Corporation*3 starting from May 1st. We will launch “Sending electricity charge notice by LINE” service.

LINE is a messaging service that has approximately 83 million active users a month in Japan and is widely used by a wide range of age groups. By using LINE to deliver the contents of the “Notice of Electricity Charges” which is mailed by postcard every month, customer’s convenience will improve, and a monthly 50 yen discount will be applied to customer’s charge. Also, applying to this service means a decrease in the number of postcards used, which will help reduce in paper usage.
