Announcement of establishing a new company, “Evergreen Marketing Co.,Ltd.”

As we announced in our press release on March 18th, 2019, we are pleased to inform the establishment of “Evergreen Marketing Co.,Ltd.” as a joint venture between erex Co.,Ltd. and TEPCO Energy Partner, Incorporated today.

Utilizing the experience as a retail electricity utility and our community-based sales capability we have developed over the years, starting from April this year, “Evergreen Marketing Co.,Ltd.” will begin operating for customers nationwide who has extra high-tension and high-tension contracts and will prepare for supply electricity (sales) from July.
In addition, we will contribute to the further advancement of services and competition in the electric power business by providing value-added services that contribute to energy and cost savings that meet customer demands as well as services that add environmental value through renewable energy sources for companies joining the RE100 initiatives.
